PettyCashing is built for businesses that keep a physical petty cash tin used by several staff: cafes, pharmacies, clinics, salons, shops.
- A QR code goes on the tin. Staff scan it, pick their name, enter their PIN, log what they took and photograph the receipt. No staff accounts or app installs.
- The owner sees what should be in the tin right now, who took what, and which payments have no receipt.
- Counts are recorded against the expected amount, so a shortfall shows up the day it happens.
- On the 2nd of each month the owner's accountant gets an email with every payment, a link to each receipt photo and a CSV.
- One flat price per business, however many staff use the tin.
